eTicket is your smart manager to assist your users, employees or customers: it is an application for eLegere that tracks tickets and issues. It collects multiple tickets and delivers them to different people and teams according to their type and priority.

Description

eTicket is a eLegere application that receives and manages different sorts of tickets: improvements, bugs, suggestions, warnings, and similar requests. The User has only to click on “Add” and provide information and attachments for the issue or request. And eTicket keeps updated who has opened the ticket and people responsible by email.

The Designer can customize the fields of the ticket according to the information needed. The user compiles a form and sends the ticket. The application will assign different priorities and deliver the tickets to the proper team or delegate.

The app offers the chance to visualize the trends of the requests as graphical reports: for example, as comparison charts or pie charts – just to mention a couple of options available.
