What Is?

Companies and organizations have to manage people’s check-ins and check-outs from their facilities. Also, they have to handle related issues, like checking certificates, timetables, and so on.

eSVM is a Web & mobile professional solution to govern visitors’ check-ins/out, monitoring, and management in a smart and automated way. It requires only a tablet with Android or iOS and the eSVM Kiosk App installed.

Description

eSVM manages check-ins and check-outs of guests and employees of any company or organization.
It interacts with email tools like _Outlook_ to arrange invitations, notifications, and permissions to access the facilities. The Admin can configure its functioning through a Web form application.

eSVM supports multi-location: the administration can install multiple terminals in multiple entrances of a building. eSVM gathers the data of these multiple locations — named Kiosk — in a single management flow.

eSVM employes the device camera to verify documents and other sources, for example QR codes of invitations or vaccine certificates.

Key Features

Multi-Location. eSM manages multiple entry points of a building.
New Meeting. eSVM through the web page _New Meetings_ enables the host to send invitations to guests.
QR Codes. The app generates QR code badges for the guests or employees.
Expected Visits. The app summarizes the plan of guests’ visits through the panel Expected Visits.
Outlook Integration. eSVM syncs the planned visits of guests with Outlook‘s Calendar.
Self-Registration. If the visit has not been planned, a wizard will guide the guest through the registration. eSVM will inform the staff of the unexpected visit.
Security Information. eSVM provides to any employee or visitor the key information about safety and security.
GDPR Wizard. All the procedures makes aware the guest about the European GDRP data policy. eSVM complies to the best standards for data protection.
Dashboard with Analytics. eSVM has a dashboard presenting all the analytics regarding the visits: time, entrance, number of visitors, and so on.
Layout Customization. The admin can customize the layout of the eSVM’s main dashboard.
Real Time Monitoring. eSVM checks in real time the awaited visits, the people who have checked-in/checked-out, people who haven’t checked-in/out, and people to be evacuated in case of emergency.
